Singer and actress and songwriter Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the cast in One Tree Hill as Alex for its final three seasons. It was later featured on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she continued acting and appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 (which was a hit with her fans) or Country Crush 2016 (which would appeal her music fans). Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15, 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet Aerosmith contributed to the album's ability to achieve even greater success, reaching the number three place in the Billboard 200. Starting in September of 2016, her two-month stay on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. That same year, the song It's like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser, was a big adult contemporary hit.
